The Story
It started with a problem we saw every day.
For over ten years, we worked inside the staffing industry — placing travel nurses and allied health professionals in hospitals across the country.
We watched nurses land in new cities with 13 weeks, a housing stipend, and a phone full of unanswered questions. Where do I live? Where do I eat? Where do I go when I finally have a day off? How do I meet people? How do I actually feel at home somewhere I’ve never been?
The staffing agencies handled the contract. Nobody handled the life.
That gap bothered us. So we built something to fill it.

I’m Monica. I spent over a decade as a Director of Marketing in the staffing industry — working directly with travel nurses, understanding their contracts, their concerns, and what was missing from their lives on the road.
I built LocateLuxe because nobody else was going to.
The nurses keeping our healthcare system running deserve more than a Google search when they land in a new city. They deserve an insider. A community. A platform that sees them as full human beings, not just billable hours.
